What is it like to live in Ontario Oregon?

Let me rephrase my question since there are a bunch of jerks out there. I am well aware that there is an Ontario in Canada, there is also a small city called Ontario right by the border of Idaho and Oregon. Ontario Oregon, I wanted to know what is it like to live there. I have read there is a population of about 12,000. Any info about that city would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
