Goku vs superman who would win?

In my opinion Goku would win ,but i think super man would put up a fight.I mean if you think about it in the namek/frieza saga frieza's second form power level was a lil bit over 1,000,000 wich means final form 100% should be way stronger than that and only super saiyan goku beat him after that goku learned instant transmission which allows him to teleport into other word and the living (basicly any where) superman is fast too but i beleive goku is faster.A average humans power level with a rifel is five and i know gokus power level in the majin saga is much greater than super saiyan in the frieza saga .Super man can move planets goku can destroy them (he can also move them) .So i believe supermans power level is around about 80,000,000 . So in this batle between a saiyan and a kryptonian i think the saiyan wins. But thats just me ,what do you think?
