Someone told me Harvey Milk had with underage boys!?

This guy on Youtube named himself after Dan White, the guy who shot Harvey Milk. He said he wouldn't name himself after a person who shot a decent person, gay or straight. He told me that Harvey Milk had with underage boys on drugs! Is this true? Is there any proof? Personally, I just think he likes Dan White because he shot a guy who was gay and liberal, from what the guy has said he's a major , even though he claims to only hate the gay people who are "promiscuous", as he says.
