10 month old keeps vomiting?

My ten month old keeps vomiting up like a creamy white liquid and its ALOT! Sometimes it's projectile and sometimes it's not. She does it about 3 or 4 times a day. She doesn't seem to be in any kind of pain or anything. She has reflux but it had gone away. Could it be it's coming back? Or a stomach bug? HELP!
