Is this list of liberal achievements awesome?

Most of those achievements were with clic liberals which has questionable roots to modern day liberalism. Oh and the healthcare act is not good considering that the government is forcing people to obtain health insurance? just because it is "good" for them. That sounds like totalitarianism to me..
