Will there bee another terminator movie after terminator salvation?

The Terminator rights were bought by the hedge fund "Pacificor". Now Hannover House and Red Bear Entertainment are developing Terminator 3000. There are many disputes over the project for animation rights. I'm sure there will be more, especially since Arny is back in Biz.
