Spanish dream house project?

For my spanish cl, we had to make a dream house. Nothing fancy, just get pictures and labeling a whole bunch of things. We also have to make a brochure, somewhat like a real estate flyer. I have a little bit of space left on my flyer that I can't think of what to write. I've got a list of the rooms, lots of pictures, what to do for more information, a superlative, and a paragraph about the house and why I like it and such. Those were all required. Now I don't know what to put. And it has to be in spanish, so I'm somewhat limited as to what to write cause this is Spanish 1. But if you've got an idea, please tell me!
